Mukiibi Evans is the Co-Founder and Board Chairperson of Unity Works Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and guidance to advance the organization’s mission of transforming lives and strengthening communities across Uganda. As a founding member, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the Foundation’s vision, values, and long-term commitment to community development.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Lawrence University, Uganda, which has equipped him with strong leadership, organizational management, and decision-making skills. His background in business administration enables him to provide valuable strategic insight and governance expertise that support the Foundation’s growth and sustainability.
In addition to his leadership role, Mukiibi is a skilled automotive technician specializing in the installation and maintenance of vehicle technologies, including car radios, tracking systems, security alarms, and other automotive accessories. His technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to excellence have enabled him to build practical solutions while serving the needs of clients and communities.
As Board Chairperson, Mukiibi is committed to promoting accountability, transparency, and sustainable growth within the Foundation. He is passionate about community development and believes in empowering vulnerable children, families, and communities through collaborative leadership, innovation, and impactful social initiatives.
Through his dedication and service, he continues to support the Foundation’s vision of creating a society where every child, mother, and family lives with dignity, hope, and opportunity.
